I have really enjoyed this game, and i recommend it to anyone who likes first person shooters. if you play alot of multiplayer and like to take advantage of gliches then i suggest the original version of the game, because in the game of the year edition they have corrected some of the more interesting glitches.
When I got this game it was so addicting!! Couldn't stop playing it. If you buy this game you won't regret it. Can't wait to get modern warefare 2!! Price is a little high but that's ps3 I guess. Can't wait to get more games!
This is the best game for the PS3 in my opinion by far! The single player will keep you entertained for a long time while the multiplayer is awesome and will can keep you entertained forever. This game isnt game of the year for nothing, it is truly awesome.
hooked on the game. The only flaw I see is that when you play online you have to listen to what other people are saying that have the headsets and sometimes you get kicked out of a game if the host leaves and you never know who the host is. Other than that it is fun to play, you get caught up in the game.
If and when you purchase this item it will be the only game you will ever need. The single player is good but the online is well wow just WOW!! You will never get tired of this game. They update new maps, new perks and new guns. I have at this time three games that i have not even opened yet cause i can't stop playin this game.
Im not much into shooter games, but this game is VERY VERY addicting!!! Its the greatest game I believe that will ever come out on ps3. The story mode is good, but the online, is totally awesome!!! Its true about what they say, you will get right in front of the tv, and play this game for many many hours, and probably even loose sleep. I know that I have. Anyone who loves first person shooter games, I recommend this!!! Go buy it, but I swear once you pick up the controller and start the online game play, you want be able to put it down!!! 10 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I been waiting to start the Modern Warfare Trilogy but was just missing this entry, now i have the complete collection and will start the story. I always love cod since World at War.
This is one of the best games I have ever played. It is by far my favorite game on the PS3. The single player is not very long but awesome non the less. The online is totally addicting. It's been out two years and it's still no question the best shooter out there
I am now on my third Xbox 360 and my second copy if COD4 and it is simply the best game out on the Xbox 360 to date. The Single Player mode draws you in with the incredible storyline and amazing Next-Gen graphics but, the multiplayer is where this game is set apart from all the rest. The stat tracking and level system with the prestige modes never leaves you at the top (until you hit prestige 10). Level up to commander and prestige to start all over again completeing challanges you had forgotten you completed. If this review isn't enough; read the over 50 editor's choice reviews out there both on the internet and in the industry magazines. Trust me its worth it.
this is my first COD and i actually just started playin it less than a month ago. i just beat it yesterday and can't wait to play COD:MWF2. But this is definitely a great game. the graphics are sick and the interaction with the team (campaing mode) is realistic. you have to listen to them to know your objective more. i like that. i only played MEDIUM mode bcuz i'm beginner but I couldnt stop playin it. It was kinda short though, or i must have played it so much i didnt realize the length. Being an accurate shooter is kinda challenging for me. the only thing i didnt like was... I liked it all. This game makes me wonder what i've missed wit the other CODs. good story and believable missions and objectives. It still should less than 49.99 though since 2 came out.
