Thought we had caught a deal and decided to take a chance and in short we won't be doing that again. I was told over the phone via ANGI that their professional would hand pull weeds as needed, weed whack, pick up piles etc. Guy showed up and ignored our requests/verbal instructions. We asked him to hand pull any weeds remaining on the front/side yard (we had already weed whacked these the day before and wanted the roots pulled) and weed whack the backyard and dispose of the weed piles in the trash. Not only did he not hand pull one single weed, but he left giant piles of weeds in the yard and didn't place them in the waste bin. He only worked for about 75 minutes after I was told it would be a 90 min minimum service and left without checking in or asking if we needed anything else. We could have done the work in less time and we would have saved the money.
Worst experience, I would not recommend. Shady. Contractors. One contractor tied to swindle me then cancel job after I refuse to cancel thr job and pay him directly. Second one let the shed half done saying his 4 hrs was up. Third one wants me to send him pictures of the cardboard box, ha no cold what the shed looks like. Angie this sad
I was under assumption that the assembly was to make sure level also - not just put together the piping. With the piping please see pictures that they are not connected correctly either - just noticed once pool was fully filled and kids swimming of this problem. 2 of the 10 pipe snaps are done correctly and the remaining are not. This does cause an issue with the leveling also not completed from the assembler. Please reach out to me as soon as possible with help. The pictures attached are only 6 of 10 that I took Please advise
I can't get a response from Walmart
The pool was assembled on a slant. There was more even ground if it would have been assembled just a few feet over. The liner was not straight. It was very wrinkled on the bottom.
The item arrived early %26 then the installer rescheduled from Mon to Friday. The pool box %26 installation instructions got soaked in the rain. I ended up canceling it and putting it together myself. Don't order the installation! It's simple to install.
ANGI, by design,DECEIVES %26 TRAPS Walmart customers who are simply trying to order weed killer by flashing up a message saying click here yo complete your order. Then after customer does that a detailed screen pops up saying you just ordered an "add-on service ". When customer immediately tries to cancel or delete, he finds out that the order is no longer editable!!! If customer calls Walmart support, they also are blocked from editing the entire Walmart order!!! Walmart Support then cancels entire order to supposedly delete the order"add-on service" that was slammed on the order. Then customer has to recreate entire order again. The customer WRONGLY GETS CHARGED FOR CANCELLED ADD ON SERVICE!!!!! It is bad enough that ANGI is trying to deceive and trap people into being customers-- and when confronted with that, they reinforce it by saying you ordered so no refund -- ANGI will NEVER get my future business. ---- but for Walmart to allow any 3rd Party Vendor, like ANGI, to ruin Walmart's relationship with it own customers let alone its Premium Membership customers is beyond belief.
The shed arrived on June 6. The workman arrived today, June 13 at 9:30am instead of 9:00am. He left at 2:ooPM. The shed is partially up. The walls are incomplete. The roof is not on. The materials are scattered on the ground. Walmart needs to work with Angi and send someone to complete the assembly. We paid for a completed assembly.
