My kids loves it it was super easy to set it up it took us about 3 and half hour to finsh up all I just can't reall get to the LED and also came the tent ripped other than that it's perfect
Guy came. Put it in the stupidest spot and didn't finish. Next guy was so nice and through but would not finish it because it was put up horribly to that point. Still do not have my money back.
Thought we had caught a deal and decided to take a chance and in short we won't be doing that again. I was told over the phone via ANGI that their professional would hand pull weeds as needed, weed whack, pick up piles etc. Guy showed up and ignored our requests/verbal instructions. We asked him to hand pull any weeds remaining on the front/side yard (we had already weed whacked these the day before and wanted the roots pulled) and weed whack the backyard and dispose of the weed piles in the trash. Not only did he not hand pull one single weed, but he left giant piles of weeds in the yard and didn't place them in the waste bin. He only worked for about 75 minutes after I was told it would be a 90 min minimum service and left without checking in or asking if we needed anything else. We could have done the work in less time and we would have saved the money.
Worst experience, I would not recommend. Shady. Contractors. One contractor tied to swindle me then cancel job after I refuse to cancel thr job and pay him directly. Second one let the shed half done saying his 4 hrs was up. Third one wants me to send him pictures of the cardboard box, ha no cold what the shed looks like. Angie this sad
I was under assumption that the assembly was to make sure level also - not just put together the piping. With the piping please see pictures that they are not connected correctly either - just noticed once pool was fully filled and kids swimming of this problem. 2 of the 10 pipe snaps are done correctly and the remaining are not. This does cause an issue with the leveling also not completed from the assembler. Please reach out to me as soon as possible with help. The pictures attached are only 6 of 10 that I took Please advise
The hot tub had a leak in it for the past three days and it was up. No one was able to use it because the temperature cannot raise. After much of nothing at Walmart during the return process, a fiasco ensued. I've never had so much trouble trying to turn something. Even that, I was not to given my money back. I was told that if the third-party person excepted it, then I could have all money back. That's not what the website says nor the return policy. I was ripped off today. In addition I was belittled by a Walmart technician name Susie.
I can't get a response from Walmart
The item arrived early %26 then the installer rescheduled from Mon to Friday. The pool box %26 installation instructions got soaked in the rain. I ended up canceling it and putting it together myself. Don't order the installation! It's simple to install.
The Angi installer was not able to complete the installation and have going around and around with Walmart and Kinger for resolution on Ref %23230706-45749-5051-000
