This garlic was very fresh .
I buy this product 4 My conventions, I use it for sauces, also add in many recipes. I buy and eat a pod in morning on empty stomach, many healthy benefits
Every Christmas I make Lasagna from scratch, it wouldn't be the same without fresh garlic, I prefer to buy it in this two pack because it seems fresher, it's sealed so no other customers touched it and I find it's cheaper than buying bulbs by the pound.
I use that garlic got all my cooking beans, steaks, boiling seafood, soups etc. it gives it that tel garlic flavor especially stuffed in a roast!
Was good, especially for the price. Garlic chunks were nice sized.

The cloves of garlic smelt and tasted fresh.
I bought this only because my home town Walmart did not have bulk garlic available. They used to keep bulk garlic and I could select the amount I needed at the time and judge the freshness of the product. I prefer to buy fresh garlic as I need it so it doesn't get old and have to be discarded. This was my only choice, other than the pre chopped garlic in the jar. This garlic was not dated nor was it fresh. I am now left with an additional and unnecessary garlic bulb which will probably get old before I can use it and have to be thrown away...what a waste! Walmart, please bring back bulk garlic and vegetables for my selection. This will avoid unrest selections and waste to my budget.
