All of those qualities and more! He was very prompt, got to work immediately but politely, was very professional, competent, knowledgeable, well-prepared, and informative. He did a wonderful job working on my computer so it would work well with the new printer.
Kyle was great. He phoned to let me know he's be a few minutes late. He explained what he was doing in a way that I could understand it. He really tried to get the HP to work. After it finally restarted, it did work. I would recommend him and your services to others.
Vance handled three services for my computer. He made sure everything was completed and worked perfectly before leaving. He asked me to work with the computer to ensure everything I use my computer for was right. I think he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great Job, Vance of Hellotech!
My tech was well prepared, knew his craft well and if my PC and I decide to get in a fight ever again I know who I'll be calling and it won't be Ghost Busters. Job well done and as a bonus the job was done by a friendly and very knowledgeable IT Tech.

All I can say is wow!!! John was just amazing. He had the patients of a saint with all the problems I had. He never tried to rush through the job. He kept saying I just want everything perfect before I leave. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for an IT company.
My keyboard was not working most Techs would have suggested that they would return after I had everything they needed to complete their task; Johnny did all possible to work around this hiccup (I did not know it was no longer working) and with determination he was able to complete the task.
Chris came to our home to repair the items I requested and was beyond awesome. He answered all our questions and confirmed we understood what he did to repair the computer He made sure before leaving that we were comfortable with his explanations and were satisfied that the problem was resolved. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Michael was so wonderful and fixed what we didnt think could be fixed! He is so knowledgable and also gave us advice for the future. He was so organized and flexible (because the computer didn't cooperate right away!!) and never seemed frustrated. He was EXCELLENT company for the whole three hours that he was here! I am already telling everyone about HelloTech!!!!! Geek Squad???????....Oh Hell No!!!!!!!
Friendly but only knowledgeable about PCs, and the job was to work on multiple Macintosh computers and one HP. He worked aix hours and left only having completed the paid for task on that one computer. He was to reset three Macintosh computers, reset the username and optimize a desktoo iMac. Not one one of the Macintosh computers was factory reset, and he did not create a new username or optimize the iMac desktop.
