Robert was very knowledgeable & a very pleasant person. He had tremendous patience & showed me what I needed to do & what the impact was when I clicked on different items on the screen & then had me actually repeat on the screen what he did so I could become familiar with what to do. His explanations were in-depth but at a level that I, as a person with zero tech savvy, could understand. I highly recommend him. perform
I loved my experience learning about the google and how to use the system. An excellent teacher with a great personality that promotes learning. He represents your company well and supports good customer reviews. If you need to understand google he is your guy. It was refreshing to hear a tech person not to blame internet connection, the app, etc for my difficulty with using my devise. Thanks Abraham.
The tech who came to help me on my computer this morning was just exceptional he was so intelligent and kind and understanding and just did a fantastic job at helping me with exactly what I needed If I need more help again I won't hesitate to use your service thank you
I am grateful to have someone so knowledgeable to help me as I am not at all computer savvy. My husband passed away and left me with a complex computer system that I definitely needed help sorting out and understanding what all I have here. Abraham was able to answer all my questions.
What a wonderful experience! Thank you so much. The tech professional was knowledgable, patient, respectful, and so very kind. I really appreciated someone showing me answers to all my questions at my pace, not in a rush. He was patient while I took notes on all his directions and made sure he didn't leave until I could go through all the steps correctly. I am 100% happy!!
I didn't make clear that our address, 127 W Mulberry changes from east to west at Main St. ( a block away). He called, and I redirected him. He was very easy to communicate with, and explain our problems. He fixed everything to our satisfaction. One bit on the HP scanner he didn't know how to solve he looked up answer on his phone, and fixed it.
We retained the services of HelloTech for my mother to assist her with setting up her computer and general computer skills. Gil was the tech for her appointment and he was AMAZING, truly!! My mother simply hasn't quite raving about the appointment in regards to how Gil helped her and what she learned. We are so pleased and can honestly say with every confidence that this was money well spent!! We highly recommend HelloTech!
Overall I am satisfied with my experience. Ali listened attentively to my questions and devoted a lot of time to trying to solve my challenges. He was also forthcoming and honest about the issues he could/could not address. Ali is a friendly and conscientious young man who cares about the service he delivers.
Disappointed. While the tech appeared to be tech savvy and knowledgeable, he did not seem to have the patience required of a good tutor. I was looking for a teacher who would have me perform the tasks, through repetition, so that I would remember. However, the tech was hyper, more interested in performing the tasks and speaking rapidly as if he was in a hurry.
He was friendly but I was concerned that he left his wife in the car. He fixed a secondary problem but my first concern was learning how to download pictures from my iPhone to my computer. He took a picture and I connected my iPhone to the computer. B ut when it did not appear on my computer he said that it would probably appear tomorrow. This morning I checked and it still wasn't downloaded. I took another picture and did the same thing but it, also, did not download. The main reason that I wanted help was to learn how to download pictures!!!
