I live on a farm so there is many times I need to be outside. I could listen to my baby sleeping while I was in the barn feeding and taking care of the animals. I always new I would hear every noise my son would make from any room of my house or even if I was outside.
Its good but not loud enough has some background static
I got this as a baby shower gift and it is a horrible monitor. Most of the time there is so much static you can't hear the baby even if she was to cry or you have to turn the volume down so that you don't have to listen to static all the time. I definitely wouldn't have spent money on these if it had bee my choice.
I bought this monitor to help care for my elderly mom two days later had a visit from local sheriff's office saying someone 3 blocks away had been listening to all our coversations thought their was a domestic disturbance here WOW how did they know to come here to my house how many houses are between me and 3 blocks away yet they came right here creepy be leary very leary on this product
Try contacting the company several times just to find out that their customer service is terrible and their products have the worst in the category. Monitors
I contacted the company to inform them that my item was not working (the batteries would not work no matter what type I used) and that it was a gift from my baby shower and I no longer had the packing. I sent the information asked the first time and was asked two more times to send the information and proof from the registry purchase. Upon them FINALLY realizing that I sent it over, I was sent a letter on how to get my exchange, which I now had to pay for myself despite the fact that their item isn't working. I'm very dissatisfied with the product AND the customer service and this whole entire exchange process. Not to mention that now that I've done more research on the product it didn't receive very good ratings in the first place.
These monitors were good when my daughter who is now 8 but I recently had a son. Decided stick to what worked before. I don't know what on earth happened, but I wasted my money. After a month the monitor would not even work. Cheap but not worth the trouble. Now I am stuck having to spend double the money for a different kind!!!
I bought the monitors from this brand have the poorest quality. I was negatively impressed by the weight of the monitors right at the start, they seem to be totally empty inside, they probably have the least and cheapest devices possible. It seems to be working just ok, for a couple of weeks, then a static noise and a constant buzz begins, and it gets louder and louder after time. It is an expensive product that doesn't work well.
I use the product in my children's room for nap time and bedtime. Almost every night I wake up to crying that isn't my children. It picks up the neighbors monitor everytime it goes off!
Bought this monitor and it has had a loud humming noise since the first time it was turned on. Checked on the safety 1st website for tips to make the humming stop and nothing has worked. Can hardly hear my baby when he starts fussing.
