I have never really had any problems. Sure the lack of wireless and the bug with setting a password for the camera and annoying. I have never had any problems viewing the camera, the night vision works great.
Being pretty tech savy...I assumed this would be very simple to set up. I messed around with it for the better part of an hour an was unable to launch and view the camera
I dont think the camera is bad as just for viewing but we learned after receiving this item for a baby shower that there is no sound to it so as for a baby monitor it doesnt make sense to me why you wouldnt have at least one way volume. It is a return for us.
I buy all the time from Walmart and this fit our need perfectly and the price point was a great value compared the equal products. I am very computer savvy and I have worked on this for a week and have not been able to get it to work. It will pick up the code on the back of the camera and bingo you should be up and running. Not so much. No matter how many changes I made, one by one to figure out why it could not be found automatically and the password was a nightmare. Just did not work with any other tablet, laptop, multiple Android cell phones I could not get it to work. Very disappointed.
