I was skeptical when I first purchased this product. Overnight soaking power in 5 minutes? It got it's first good workout on a pan I had just made rice in. I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to thoroughly clean the pan almost instantly! I have since had the opportunity to try it on burned on sugar, various sauces and other mishaps. It is amazing and so far I haven't found anything it can't soak off. Awesome!
I keep a bottle of the Dawn Bleach in the bathroom. It helps make quick work of cleaning the tub, shower and sink. I use the Dawn Bleach with a little vinegar to clean all my ceiling fans and the vent hood of my stove, the top and outside of the icebox and inside and out of my microwave. Don't act like I am the only person who fries alot. LOL it makes me look as if I don't and my friends always ask me how I keep my ceiling fans looking new. I share :-) What I would love from Dawn though is if they can create a wand that would make it eaier to clean bathtub, shower, toilet ceiling fans, oven, odd shaped vases. Work your magic and continue to make my life easier, Please!
I've used Dawn for years because it cleans better than any other dish soap I've tried. I wash all of my dishes by hand...have for years. There are just 2 of us so I only do dishes once a day. This takes the dried-up gunk off the breakfast dishes (that may sit in the sink for 10-12 hours on some days) in no time flat. But the best part!!! The Fresh Rapids scent. I have asthma & can't use perfume-y scents. The Fresh Rapids scent is so light (just a faint clean smell) that I hope you always carry this. I've never found anything better & I've NEVER been moved to write a review on a cleaning product before. Love it so much that I'm even going to pin it on my pinterest board. This product has actually made my life easier!
Dawn with bleach is great, gets the dishes really clean, bubbles last a long time not like regular dawn, the suds don't last long. Please don't take this product off the shelves at our stores. It's the best dish liquid I ever used. I am going to us dawn with bleach always.
Super for removing grease or oil stains on tablecloths and cloth napkins. Also use for stains on clothing before putting them into the washing machine. I just used successfully on removing stains on my cloth car seats. Great product. I first found out about it after doing internet search to remove impossible chocolate stain on my Mom's favorite t-shirt. Haven't used on dishes yet!
I haven't always been a Dawn user. I used to buy the cheapest dish-soap I could find. After all--I have a dishwasher and spend enough on detergent for that, I reasoned. Well, I have done a lot of scrubbing and soaking in my day, especially those pans, and neglected to be rinsed dishes that crop up when we are extremely busy. Hate that! So..this time I splurged and bought this stuff. I seriously didn't think it would work, but I figured I just wouldn't buy it again if not. I am amazed, it actually does work! Whatever is in it, is worth it's weight in gold! It even cleans my smooth top range...well...very well. You know, it;s always a worry when something boils over, and the special cleaners are so expensive. I worry no more! This stuff probably has endless uses that could save me money. Thank YOU for such a wonderful product. I will use nothing else!
I've used Dawn blue for YEARS. I loved it. What happened. It DOES NOT cut grease anymore. I've tried three bottles thinking maybe i got a bad "batch". No suds and my glass dishes are still greasy and my plastic forget it. They're slimy ! PLEASE, If you've changed formulas, go back. .
As a longtime Dawn user, the Simple Dawn looked appealing. A lot of companies are getting on the organic, simple bandwagon. This one unfortunately, a failure. It was so simple as to be non-existent as a dishwashing liquid. Suds lasted for about 2 minutes, and that's in softened water. Back to the drawing board, or remove it because it damages your brand.
I have been using Dawn for years, but will no longer purchase due to the quality and effectiveness. I was actually only able to washed 8 items before 98% of suds were GONE! And the plates and bowls I did wash were a greasy mess and will have to be re-washed. Oh yeah this was the 2x concentrated. Dawn has been great for removing grease from water making dish washing better. I'm not sure what they are doing, but my guess is reducing quality hence reducing effectiveness causing the ones that don't get it to use more therefore having to buy more....GREED! is where I was going with that. So I will NOT be wasting anymore money on DAWN products. Will not use a product I can no longer trust to do what they say they will do.
I usually use Dawn blue bottle but stepped outside the box to try bleach alternative. I was disappointed as it did not lather up and you had to use a lot to get the job done. I love dawn and will continue to use the blue bottle but the Dawn bleach can be taken off the market!!
