my 2-year-old has an obsession with pasta. if I'm making something that I know he might not like, I will make this as one of the sides because I know he will eat it.
I was surprised of the taste! It is very flavorful and fulfilling. To enhance the creaminess, substitute the milk for heavy whipping cream and add an additional 4 minutes. Stir occasionally like the back of the packet says.
Good flavor. Easy to make.
This is my go to pasta when I'm in the mood for some chicken Alfredo. I make this Knorr pasta but then I add fresh Spinach and diced tomatoes with cubed breaded chicken breast and of corse motzarrela cheese, parmigiana and 1/2 stick of butter and cream cheese. mix it all together and you will defiantly be doing the happy dance.
I love the convenience of all the Knorr Pasta Sides mixes. I have to admit that I love all the flavors and I have tried them all. One pot, all of them take 10 minutes or less, and you are done. I've always had good cooking results. One tip that I do is that I generally up the ratio of milk to water. So if it calls for 2 cups liquid and only 1/4 of that is milk, I'll just use 1 cup of milk and one cup of water. Using more milk seems to give me a creamier taste. These are just wonderful when paired with a chicken breast.

Made according to directions, using whole milk instead of low-fat. The result was a pot of watery, flavorless soup with a few tiny noodles. It was completely inedible so I threw it away. Knorr, did you even bother testing this? How can you sell something like this?
I am so sad to see that the recipe isn't the same in all of the packages. I have a very limited diet and this was one of the only foods I could stand to eat BUT then you went and changed the recipe. It suddenly tasted awful but more than that, all of the ingredients changed. WHY. I purchased a pouch from a different grocery store and THANK GOD it was the original flavor so I compared it to the new ones…. The calories, fats, sodium, sugars and cholesterol have all INCREASED.
Definitely NOT a pasta side dish. If prepared in accordance with the directions, you get a bowl of noodle soup. If you are expecting a creamy sauce that clings to the pasta you will be disappointed by the thin, watery liquid that you actually end up with. This applies to all of the Knorr pasta flavors.
I took a bite of my Alfredo pasta and found a capsule was in the sauce! What is it? Why was there a pill like capsule in my food?! Very displeased and will be looking into this further.
