The delivery service provided with the purchase was prompt and thorough. They spent about an hour putting the treadmill together and then gave me a brief in-service. The treadmill itself works as i thought it would. I only use the manual setting because quite honestly I haven't had the time to research all the other bells and whistles. The screen isn't as big as I thought it would be, so I don't think I'm going to pay for ifit. I can't even read the website on the screen to sign up anyway. The treadmill is very sturdy while running and the incline/speed settings work great. Overall, very happy with my decision to purchase this product.
