I love my new treadmill it's a real space saver because I live in a small condo and I have to use it in my bedroom, also working great!! It's all what I need.
It is very early to make a judgment but it works well, good price , and is pretty quiet. Assembly was easy, Follow the instructions and use a phillips screwdriver that isn't worn. The first time I ran the treadmill there was an annoying screech, the manual showed about adjusting the rear roller. It was very snug, I readjusted the belt tracking and the screech stopped. We all like it now.
I haven't had this machine long enough to really rate it objectively, but so far I am liking it very much.
Unit is extremely sturdy. Overall much heavier and well built than I expected. Definitely helpful to have a partner to assemble. Only drawback is the info panel is not back lit. Hard to see the numbers.
The assembly was aggravating..... Most of the bolt and screw holes didn't line up properly.... My husband had to push and pry while i tried getting the bolts in the holes! I've use the product a few times now and so far I love it..... Love having a treadmill at home much easier thang going to gym!
Overall I like this treadmill. It feels pretty stable while I'm running, although I'm a slow runner, but I don't feel the whole house shaking like an earthquake so that's good! To start with, putting the small bits together was somewhat problematical in that the screw holes aren't lined up OR they are a bit tight and I feel like I'm going to snap the screw/bolt or strip the heads or the screwdriver. The base isn't snugly bolted in because of this problem, and I had the same issue with the upright locking bolt. I had to ultimately just leave that off, and will buy a ratcheting strap to hold the platform in the up position. The speed is in km so just have to remember 1 mile = 1.6km and program the mileage/speed with that formula. All in all, I have no complaints. I'm not one of those people who needs a function to happen this. very. second. so it doesn't bother me to be gentle with setting the incline (.5 % increments) or the speed. I generally never use the preset workout programs so I can't speak to their efficacy or value. I was able to set this item up in about 1 1/2 hours alone, and am not sure a second person helping would have made any difference. The instructions were written for another version of this treadmill and it came with a couple of extra items I didn't need, but otherwise assembly of the few parts was easy and straightforward.
Unfortunately, when the treadmill arrived, the package was damaged and there was a crack in the running board. We decided this shouldn't affect its use, so we decided to put it together to make sure it was operable. It took over an hour because the bolts didn't exactly line up. When we turned it on, it sounded like a jet aircraft taking off. spent another 90 minutes disassembling to repackage for return. No problem returning and getting store credit. Since I really want this treadmill, I ordered another. Hopefully it will be everything I expect. It has not arrived yet. According to website, it is the last one in stock, which I hope is not a bad sign.
