This is a great little shredder. What I like about it, is that it's portable and doesn't have to be in the way. It mounts on top of my 13 gallon trash can. This way I don't have to dump the basket all the time. Another good thing is quite. Then when done, just take it off and put it out of the way. Till I need it again. Try it, you'll love it.
It works great can't complain.

I got this one because my older one suddenly died. It was affordable and it does a great job!I Love the fact that it sits over a trash can. IT doesn't fill nearly as quickly as the cross cut shredders do. Plus, I can throw a trash bag in the can for easy emptying and cleanup. No more stips of paper laying all over the floor! I am only giving this 3 stars because no one ever believes the 5 star reviews and I couldn't upload the entire manual all at once. But, it is a great product and I highly recommend!
It's flimsier than I expected. It appears to be made with the idea of being disposable after a few uses. It does shred. I didn't dare put more than 4 pages though.
Only put in about 20 sheets about 3 at a time before the first time the shredder jammed. And it was difficult to notice that it was jammed. Then took some work to unclog it. Also, the opening to put the paper in is tight and it is hard to get the paper to go in straight. Which makes it easier to jam.
Claimed up to 6 pages at a time… wouldn't do 6 pages in a row without jamming. In fact, I had to feed it half pages one at a time and clear a jam every 3 to 5 pages. I used my ice pick once I found that the reverse button did nothing but compress the jam. It's easy to tell when it's jamming, the paper starts turning sideways and wadding up. Total piece of junk!
I spent more time clearing jams than shredding even though I never exceeded 2 to 3 pages (6 page max). Every other page I fed became folded or twisted such that it would no longer cycle through. The extender bar was angled such that I thought it would soon break. I am going to return it. :(
I'd used it very lightly for approximately four days and it was consistently jamming with only 2-3 sheets of paper. It doesn't pull through the shredder evenly and then clogs up the shredder intake slot. Customer service was helpful and suggested that I just get another style from them. I'll Reconsider another shredder.
