I bought this a month ago and I'm happy that i did
Instructions on the built app are pathetic.
Provided instructions does not match 4042-TKH model
Instructions for chain not belt
When I finally had this garage opener installed it didn't work due to a defective part. The time to return this item is expired, so now I'm stuck with a nonfunctioning garage door opener. What do I do?
The control board has failed twice in 8 years. I replaced the first board after 4 years but wont replace the board this time, just trash it. I have rental houses with less costly openers that are over 18 years old with no repairs to the opener in that time.
