The lemon scent comes through after the laundry comes out of the washer and fabric softener cycle. 9 Elements not only softens laundry, it also gets out odors that are trapped in fabrics. I usually buy popular name brand softeners and I always have a issue with static and I don't seem to have quite as bad when I use this. It smells pretty nice but it isn't too over powering. It is a faint lemon scent and it smells really nice when I wash my face masks in with this because it is the first thing I notice when I wear it after clean.

It gets rid of hard water metal. Best of all, it has the awesome power of vinegar. Vinegar makes dark darker and white whiter. It has 100% essential oil which gives it that fresh citrus scent. One of our daughters has severer allergies with other name brand fabric softener but with this one, loves it. Since I have been using it, it has made laundry so much better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second product from 9 elements which I use before I try laundry detergent that was good .I do love a lemon or citrus scented item and this has a nice and light lemon scent that hold throught the washing and drying scent is not overpowering is light and fresh . This purifying softener has very simple ingredients.only one thing which I don't like is so watery because mostly softener which I use are not that watery. Otherwise this is a good product I like it.
Never received and can't get support to resolve the issue. They actually suggested I knock on my neighbors doors!!! I only ordered the product online because I'm unable to walk! So how am I supposed to go to my neighbors and ask if they got my delivery?!?!
