It does what we needed it to do (coffee maker for small office)
Instant coffee no waiting love it
Makes a full pot of coffee in 2.30 min. Easy use and clean up. Great price.
We bought this for our workplace. Everyone loves it!
Very good product. Straight out of box ready to use. Half the price of same thing in Canada. Gets used over and over at the firehall. So far so good.
I placed the order online and it arrived at my local store for pick-up within two days. It was very easy to set up. We have been using it now for a week or so and everything works as it should. Coffee brews quickly and serves a busy office of sixteen people with multiple visitors.

Coffee has much more flavor and a nice 3 minute brew time!
The unit stays "on" 24/7 to keep water hot inside. Product not described in this manner. Waste of electricity and no way to change this. Should only heat water when lower burner turned on. Scary that a coffee maker is running all weekend in an empty office.
