I washed some windows, and kitchen appliances with it for the first time today. I was very pleased because it soaked up the cleaner and spread it around nicely, yet picked it up without leaving streaks. I assume that it will work that way even after I've washed it. After receiving my Free 3-in-1 Microfiber Cloth, I first cleaned mirrors. I expected no streaks. And sure enough, there were no streaks. But the surprise came when I dusted the top of my dresser, including a horizontal mirror. Usually, there is more dust within a few hours. I have to say, this cloth works great! It absorbs water very quickly. It is very gentle. I can use it to clean nearly any surface! I like that I can use it on my stainless steal refrigerator that cannot handle chemicals. I think that this microfiber cloth could replace paper towels, washcloths, and dusters. With so many uses, there are really no downsides that I can see. I would definitely recommend it. 3M sent me a sample of this product to try and review. I received this for free in exchange for my honest review. The day I received this was the day I was dusting etc, so I used this instead of my usual cleaning clothes. This cloth works great at catching & locking in the dust to keep it from flying elsewhere while your cleaning. Its also perfect size. I had avoided microfiber cloths only because I never had used one, and am so pleased with the way it works for clean ups around the house. I first used it for dusting, with good results. Then after a run through the washing machine began using it for cleaning my kitchen and bathroom counter tops. It did a great job, being very absorbent, rinsing quickly and ringing out with minimal effort. Purchased a second one just to have in my car, for quick dusting of the dashboard and interior, and in case of coffee spills. A really great product.
I am so happy with Scotch-Brite's, Microfiber 3-in-1 Cloth, because it makes my housework easier. I hate housework, but like a lot of people can not afford a house keeper. This cloth makes me want to do a "happy dance." I mean it lifts & traps dust without chemicals. So no looking for cleansers under the kitchen sink. It is streak-free, absorbs spills and it's wash and dry. I even covered my laptop with it to keep dust off it. I am sure I will find other ways to use it. What more could a woman want! I received this product from 3M for free in exchange for my honest feedback. I love this Scotch Brite 3-in-1 Microfiber Cloth. I used mine in the kitchen to wipe down surfaces and the prewash dirty/greasy dishes before washing them in soapy water. The cloth really removed dirt and grease, not only from the dishes, but from countertops and surfaces as well. I like how strong, thick and durable this cloth is. It really hold up under use and is big enough to get the job done. This is a nice replacement for paper towel waste, dirt, grease and grime get picked up easily and rinsed away. I really loved trying this out. I didn't have to use any chemicals in order to dust and it grabbed up all the dust. It cleans well and I love using it. I haven't tried it on glass yet but I am looking forward to trying that but so far with regular kitchen cleaning and dusting its exactly what I had hoped it would be. I got this free for my opinion. I love the size of this, I can fold it over and get a fresh side to use. It is great for dust and doesn't streak or leave lint. I love that it can be washed and reused. It does hold a lot of moisture but it doesn't keep it locked in all the time. I do not feel it holds as much as it advertise as it should, but still better than paper towels. It loses one star becasue as great as it is, once it is too dirty, you have to wash it before using it again, unlike paper towels you have another one handy, so unless, you buy several of these, you have to wait until you wash it before your next cleaning job.
