This was my favorite product in the whole line! Usually oil and my hair do not get along (try as I might Moroccan Oil has never worked for me) but this product is very different. After scrunching out most of the water with a paper towel or microfiber cloth, I spray this on the bottom half of my hair. When it finishes air drying I have shiny curls and the best part is that both while my hair is wet and when it's dry, my hair feels like it has NO product in it, just soft curls! My hair actually survived partially drying in windy cold weather while waiting for the train in the morning and still almost no frizz when dry!
My hair is very thick coarse and frizzy. Nothing seems to work on my hair til I discovered the ever curl line. I love this product. with the ever curl conditioning shampoo and the ever curl leave in cream and this spay makes my hair soft shiny and manageable and did I mention my frizzy hair is very tamed. People ask me what have I done to my hair. I say a miracle with the ever curl line. Thank you so much for making this product, PLEASE, PLEASE do NOT get rid of this line of product.
Please please get this product back. After many years I have found perfect care for my hair. This product works wonders. I have tight, frizzy thick curly hair. It is unmanageable and this product just gives back life to my otherwise lifeless hair. I would love to buy all the left over of this product. Kindly understand and at least give the left overs. I am tired of looking for good products for my hair. This one worked best and now its discontinued. Real heartbreaking. PLEASE PLEASE GET IT BACK. Thanks!
This works great to refresh my curls. It redefines the curls and does not make my hair stiff or oily.
This was suggested to me to use as a pre-poo treatment, but it's a little too light for that in my opinion, So I used it as a refresher. One of two ways, First I spritzed to dry hair and added castor oil but that wasn't pleasant. Granted this is an oil mixture, I didn't need to add more oil. The second time I just spritzed it on my hair by itself and I was able to go throughout the day without needing to re-moisturize but it didn't have long lasting effects for the next day. I will continue to use it as a refresher though when I want to liven up and old/dry twist out.
I used this product 2 ways; once alone, after washing & conditioning (with L'Oreal shampoo & cond); and once in a cocktail with L'Oreal gel. Definitely was more effective with the gel in my wavy/curly/lumpy hair. It's very light--which I liked, but which didn't make much of a dent when it came to frizz control. My hair felt wonderfully soft-- liked that, but didn't like the shape with just this product alone. Would recommend pairing it with something that can hold a reluctant curl better.
I used this product with the sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner in the same line for a couple of weeks. My type 2b-2c (depending on humidity) hair, which is very fine, responded by being frizzy on top and limp on the bottom. Once I added in a mousse product underneath the oil spray, everything was better. I had to use 7 or 8 pumps to cover, more than twice the recommended amount, but it left my hair with nice shine and wave definition. I like the smell too. Overall, I would say this product is probably better suited to a hair with more body.
didn't really know how to use it... not heavy enough to be a detangler for my type of hair. And while my hair loves oils, it can't be a sealant/finisher because it contains water = if i'm trying to stretch my hair to a looser curl for a twist out, the water will revert it back to it's tightest coil. HOW I USED IT: as a pre-poo. before i cleanse my hair, i spray this on a section to moisten and loosen up the compacted hair o__o then i twist each section, let it sit on there, and let it "soak". Did a good job of that, kinda creating a buffer between my shampoo and my hair.
I'm not crazy about this product, but maybe I am not using it right. The directions say to apply it to soaking wet hair, only 3-4 sprays, from the bottom of the ear down. The times that I have used it, I was surprised by how much it affected my hair when using so little of it. But I did find that I needed to use other products in addition to the spray, such as a cream or mousse.
Unfortunately, the L`Oreal Paris EverCurl Silk & Gloss Dual Oil Care product was disappointing. I used this to aid in finger detangling in separating my hair prior to washing. When I spayed and massaged the product into my strands, my hair felt oddly felt more dry. When I went about actually detangling, that's where I got the most trouble. My coils absolutely refused to separate from each other. I felt like if I used more force, I would've ripped my hair. This product just didn't do anything it promised it would.
