I am fair-skinned and have used self-tanners for over 20 years including Mystic Tan - Hated IT! I have found this product to be the best self/spray tanner there is other than having a professional spray one on in a very non-private procedure. Despite what the other reviewer mentioned to claim, I find it pretty consistent when applied with "patience". It is the only spray tanner I haven't had to rub in afterwards to keep from streaking- if only were cheaper for amt I use on regular basis!
I've read good and bad reviews about this product and I usualy don't review products just read them, but I really wanted to help some skeptic tanners! I was so scared to try this product, and if you've ever had a bad tan from an instant tan you understand! I didn't want to look orange or streaky. My tan is so even and so natural I can't believe I didn't just come out of the sun or a tanning bed! I'm not a talented tanner and it didn't streak on me. It goes on super easy, quick, and drys fast
I have used this spray on self tanner for quite a while and I eally do love it. I have never had a bad application and it goes really well with my natural skin tone so that I never look orange. The only problem is that I cant seem to find it in any stores anymore...I have searched. Either way, if your looking for a great tan this is it!
I have used the mist on my face and my upper back between the shoulder blades after I applied the gelee. Sometimes I use the mist all over my body in the shower after applying the gelee. I rub it in a little after misitng. Just watch out for the tops of the feet. The mist settles on top and can become very concentrated. In this case, I just wipe with a dry washcloth after I get out of the shower. I really find this product ot be themost veratile, but I don't use it as my primary all-over tanner.
I have used many sunless tanning products over the years. Creams and lotions are just messy. Some sprays cause uneven coverage. All left unpleasant odor on skin. Finally, a product that goes on evenly and no unpleasant odor. It looks more natural than any I've used before. It has a nice one week life in between uses and fades naturally. It's cheaper than a salon tan and looks like a "real" sun tan. It could only be better if it was free!
This product is literally heaven. I was using Jergens Natural Glow before I saw a commercial for this product. Jergens smelled like urine and it came out streaky and uneven so i decided to use the Sublime. After my first application I had already noted a beautiful glow. After the second day (second use) I looked like I had just arrived from an exotic place. Now after many uses my tan looks even MORE natural and I have received numerous compliments on it!
I have a love/hate relationship with this self tanner. I love that it is a spray on, I love that it develops color on my fair skin within one application and I really love that I can even use this to tan my face. However I get very inconsistant results, sometimes it looks very natural and others I am a pumpkin. Other days I do get a lot of streaks, but that could be my fault in applying it in a rush. The smell is tolerable, and it is very easy to use.
I have used just about every self tanner on the market in the past 30 years. I have used several of L'Oreal's bronzers so i thought i'd try the spray. The color is good and it goes on well. My only problem is that with arthritis in my knuckles, the spray cap is extremely hard to activate. I have use other sprays with no difficulty. I hope that they can design a finger friendly button.
The trouble with self tanners is that they go on so un even , or leave you looking unatual.. this product is idiot proof for even those bad days were even te best made products dont seem to work. . it goes on even if if you keep your arm moving correctlyt, not only that it dries like a dream. no streaks no blotches, and feels weightless on. the best tip is shave the day before exfoliate as well then apply the day after so your pore are smooth and closed , viola yor natual and flawlss and coverd.
I tried this product because i am very pale. It is the most horrible tanning spray. It does not work very well because it gave me streaks and horrible lines. I'm still trying to get the tan off. PLEASE no one use this product. My face looks orange and horrible. Plus it smells horrible. As soon as you put it on it smells and it never goes away.NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT!!
