I like using this children's Tylenol when my kids are running a fever. It comes with a measuring cup and directions on how much you should give your child based on their age and how often so you're not giving them too much. It is affordable and my boys seem to like this grape flavor. They don't try to fight when taking it because it does not taste nasty. I definitely recommend using this to help break a fever! It's hard seeing our littles sick!
My son has always been good with taking medicine, and this not only works for fever it really works for cough n runny nose, it made a miracle. I gave it to him once in the morning and thats all that was needed.
