When my order arrived there was only one pen in the box. The pen itself was not even in a sealed package. Contacted customer service and they reordered it for me. A couple days later when the reorder arrived to my surprise again there was only one pen, not sealed in a package, in the box yet again
I ordered 2 12 packs of these pen and only received 2 pens. This is the second time i place an order through walmart.com and both times i didn't recieve what i ordered.
