I thought this product exceded my expectations. I was very suprised at how nice it was. Its got tons of options and variety when it comes to things you can do with it. My fiance and I are taking lessons and it even teaches you how to play! Saves a ton of money on actual lessons! I give this a 5 star rating on the value, looks, and versatility. I would highly recommend!
I bought this unit for my wife, she loves to play.... The pictures just don't do it justice at all. Unboxed, and set it all up for her and her eyes and that wonderful smile told me the truth. It was the perfect gift for the music lover in her. On another note, with being able to purchase the 3 year warrenty extra for sure gives her 3 plus years of no worries. No tuning cost of upward from 75 to 125.00 on our old unit. And adding When I found out it had arrived, I had been going head on into a very bad Stomach flew. But wanted to try to get it home to my wife anyway, it was a surprize. I called and asked if they could bring it out to my car becasue I did not want anyone to go thur what I have for now three days, I even brought my own pen so they would not have to handle something after me. They were very kind for sure, now we do live in a very small town fact is pop right at 600 or so. That sign above the door is known by many, but my store is just about the best you will run accross. This is a very nice keyboard. It is great if you are just learning, or if you don't have the money or space for a full size piano. This keyboard sells for about a hundred dollars cheaper elsewhere.
I purchased this product just over two years ago and was somewhat satisfied at first, although the lesson programs won't allow you to view the song progress from the digital sheet music bars, only the digital keys. Well, last week the display went out and no longer works. It will cost me more than half what I paid for the instrument to get it fixed and as of now, Yamaha refuses to work with me. Every time I call they transfer me to someone else and I end up just leaving a message to which no one returns my call. Very dissatisfied with the product and Yamaha as a company. As of now, I will not be purchasing their products again.
