Used on a .22 rifle. Chipped up paint on receiver, and took rust off the barrel. Applied 3 coats and baked it. Turned out beautiful and tough. Resistance to harsh bore cleaners... This was a original painted barrel, not blued.
I have used this for a number of years for painting wheel covers so I can apply Armor All to the tires with out getting it all over the wheels. I chose this paint because it really goes on thick and it protects the Masonite which is what I make these covers out of from constant exposure to Armor All which may cause the Masonite to warp. I just made one for a neighbor and the one in the pictures is mine that I think is 15 or 20 years old. As you can see it has held up very well. This is considered an interior paint so it wouldn't be suitable for an exterior application but like I say it has worked very well for what I use it for and I would recommend it to anyone
Easy application along with the Rust-Oleum spray nozzle attachment. Quick dry time with a nice glossy finish. Painted my white deep freezer black so it would match my other appliances. Highly recommended.
This paint takes more time to fully cure than a normal shaker can. I use it when I need the paint to be more durable than regular spray paint. Do not use it on something that will be exposed to the sun.
I absolutely loved the outcome of my sink… the only downfal was after a few coats when I sprayed it would drip.
looks great but takes a lot of cans to do anything . and smells awful.. sicking smell.. open windows if doing a bathtub, get pets out of the area...
Not the original product I ordered .didn't work
ups handed product to local mail carrier. Can't file claim with UPS because of it. Product delivered leaking paint outside of box wrapped in paper towels instead of being returned to shipper. Contacted UPS who won't take responsibility. Walmart contacted for help, but so far no reply about the claim. Tried calling Lynn Haven Walmart for my options, no one answers phone and system automatically hangs up after a few rings.
I shook this can of paint for well over the time needed to mix it well. It still came out in splatters, it left bubbles, it had horrible coverage. It's like it had been in extreme cold temperatures before being shipped to me. It made a complete mess. And btw, I do know how to use spray paint. VERY disappointed in this paint. Also the toxic odor from this paint is nauseating. And I mean AFTER the paint dried. I would never put anything painted with this paint in my house. I can't believe this is actually made by Rustoleum. Very disappointed. Never again!
it sprayed everywhere and not where it was supposed to. i ended up having to redo the other area white because it made a huge mess i dont understand y it did that. i purchased the same product in white and the bottle didnt do that but now i had to redo the white so i had to spend spend my money on redoing that instead of finishing up and that means waiting till my next payday. will not purchase again. also where it did spray the area i was trying to paint its already chipping off. very disappointed.
