I don't do reviews, but this stuff is AMAZING! It's Idiot Proof, and I would know. For example, I painted my Red Jeep Bumper in the rain (raining out - painting in the Garage) 40 degrees out (50 is recommended), and in 15 minutes you can't scratch it w your Thumbnail. You can Re-coat it ANYTIME! For example, spray it on, you see over-spray "fog", you can spray it Shiny, and it drys exactly like that.. You can continue "stacking" it, or re-coating, and it continues to cover and harden. No Runs, No drips, etc.. Yesterday, I started on a Plow Blade in 40 degree weather w #1816 John Deere Yellow from Walmart, sprayed the entire can (windy out) and in 15 min it's Dry and Hard. So I checked it next day (this morning) hard as a rock, it sinks into any Rust and you can't scratch it. (Note: I tested some 15 min Rust-Oleum right next to it and you could scratch the surface w your nail a little, pretty good but not as hard as the Krylon..) I'm a Big Fan of this paint, and hope they develop other colors, eg Black!, Lt Blue, etc. I would test this for Krylon in any color on any surface if they wanted me to, it's so good.. Walmart carries Red (I've used), Green, and John Deere Yellow (I've used), all good. The Guy at O'Reilly's (Krylon Distributer) is ordering the #1805 Caterpillar Yellow 4 me which I need 4 the Plow. Buy this! Dave.
