I used it to prime some bathroom counters I was planning on painting. Since I knew I was painting them, when I spray painted the fixtures with the rustoleum oil rubbed bronze spray paint, I just covered the sinks and mirrors and not the counters. The primer covered up the spray paint and the hair dye stains. I painted the counters to look like granite and they look great
