The wrappers are easy to use and fry up great!
Having used other wrappers and finding them okay, I tried Twin Dragon and was blown away. The shape is better for wrapping and they are very thin which makes a crisp, light wrap after baking. Yes, I prefer baking my egg rolls, so that might have something to do with why I like these. These are the ones I use now. Delicious!
Love these things! Delicious and they pull apart easy from it's package. They are larger than other wrappers
I put the wrong item on my list and see person was kind. Enough to take it off for me when I got there to pick it up. I appreciated that service very much.
A little on the thick side for an egg roll wrapper. They make the finished roll somewhat chewy.
These are easy to work with but, when cooked - they are thick and solid-hard like wonton or potsticker wrappers. They are not nice and flaky, layered like a typical egg roll. Disappointing
These have changed! We've used these for YEARS and until recently we've loved them. Now they're dry and brittle. They don't stick together and they crack due to how dry they are.
Thick dough that won't cook in the middle when rolled, and even the cooked outter layer isn't crispy. They don't taste good either.
