these are great! took a minute to figure out how to get them apart without ripping so will share what works for me .. if you pull 2 off the big block, they pull off super easy, then gently separate those and I've had no tearing since! i separate them all, then leftovers i put a square of parchment in between and refrigerate or freeze.
The expiration date on these rappers is 04March24 and I have been keeping them in the refrigerator. However, I just tried to roll some egg rolls up and they fell apart! None of the wrappers were any good. I was very upset because these are not cheap! Just remember to freeze them. I have done that and they come out just fine.
I've used these for years, but recently they have become unusable. Normally they are soft, pliable, and dry. Now the packaging is rock hard and they come out wet and sticky- unable to separate and inedible. Very disappointed, please fix. Image shows rock-hard package standing on its corner (this should not be normal)
First, you shouldn't call something that is vegan or plant-based "egg roll wraps." smh. Wal Mart needs to carry a better brand because these suck. The serving size on the package is ONE wrap. The label also states that there are "approximately 20 servings/package." Shrinkflation is real. Vote with your dollars, folks! I'd give this negative stars if I could...
Look at the picture I took. Splits open after rolled, burst open while deep frying , spilling fillings all over my oil making such a mess. I had to cut 5 wrappers to fix most of the rolled wrappers.
I'm superrrr disappointed in this brand. They're so thin now. I brought two packs, might as well say I brought one. I took my time and as I was peeling them apart they kept breaking. This just ruined my family time because I could even feed my family the way I expected to.
Absolutely awful! They don't have paper in between each wrap so taking them off the block of wraps is an act of frustration and messing up several in the process. Years ago I remember they did have paper, guess they made the decision to do away with that. They taste good, but the packing and all that frustration of taking apart makes it not worth it.
Terrible! Too thin and stuck together can't get them apart, no flour in between. My Walmart had no other option but this brand. Make them all the time never had ones like this. Many tore when separating and others tore once rolled because they ere sooooooo thin.
I did not get my egg roll wraps. I instead received a bottle of kimchi that was busted and my food smelled like kimchi
