It was easy to install and it has a clear ring to it. You can also hear better on it than the old model we had.

I wish the ring volume was more adjustable. It is pretty quiet even turned up all the way, with only a small adjustment in the middle, or turned off, are the only adjustments. Also the panel on the back did not match the wall panel we needed to mount it to. We were able to make it work but he holes were too far apart to connect to our wall bracket and the phone did not come with a wall bracket.
Ringer did not work when I received the phone. Ringer just “thuds” instead of ringing no matter where I set the ri get volume. Returning the phone.
