This 2015 LG OLED TV represents the latest in 2015 technology. The picture is dramatic with deep blacks, strong contrast and rich colors. When viewing 4K content, the effect can be dramatic and absorbing, almost like looking through a window. LG has designed the TV so that the speakers can be large enough to produce good sound. WebOS 2 is also very easy to use and response time is quick. Overall, we are very happy with the TV and have confidence that LG has made a product that will give us years of reliable service. Bought it a couple days ago. It is an incredible tv. OS is easy to use and the picture is outstanding. I bought this from a big box retailer. I asked about an extended warranty. It was far too high. I called LG on a setup issue and found out they sell an extended warranty. It was less than half of the big box store. Works for me.
Awesome picture. Great features. Easy navigation system. I could not be happier after two months of use. The only disappointment is that I cannot confirm that the HDMI inputs are 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 compatible. If the inputs are not HDCP 2.2 compatible, this will limit the viewing of UHD programing because all future hardware and movies will require HDCP 2.2 compatibility. This set offers superior picture defenition. The blacks are sharp, and the color gamut is great.
I bought this oled TV a couple of months after it first arrived in the market. So the price has dropped in certain retailers. Overall I love the way it absorbs the viewer and its simple yet sleek design. Nice almost no bezel look makes the images more edge to edge makes the viewer experience more immersive. The web os 2.0 works well with small flaws such as remote control lag sometimes. Decent sound quality compared to other TVs this thin. Beautiful TV- Remote Sucks but I can live with it. However after just one year I have a line down the right hand side of the screen. Out of Warranty no way to repair, a TV like this should have a few years warranty on the screen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
