Our LG tv has great sound and picture quality. The user interface for set up is extremely easy to use. And home delivery was very fast. Really happy our purchase and experience.
I've bought LG TVs since about 2007, and they just keep getting better. The menu options are straight forward and seem more accessible than most TVs. Picture quality is great... I only wish I'd gone larger, as the basement area is pretty large and makes the TV look smaller than it is. Even so, I have no problem seeing the tiny text and indicators that game-makers insist on putting in every game, these days. I'd buy it again, if I could go back and decide again. We ordered this tv a couple weeks back and so far it is awesome. The picture and sound are great. We still need to learn to use the "SmartTV" part . 55inches is a perfect size for our small living room. We got a very good price on this LG tv. We have another 48inch LG that has been great too. We moved it into the bedroom when our old huge monster tv finally went out. So now the bedroom looks modern. lol The shipping was quick and secure. Everything was in the box and was packaged great.

It's going to be a year since we bought this appliance. I thought that because it had two filters it would be a pain. They are so easy to change and it tells you when a new filter is needed!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Great tv, only thing missing is physical buttons for everything. Loose the remote and the only thing you'll be able to do is turn it on or off. Other than that it does the job well. 4 letters and you have to leave a nickname? Might get more reviews if you remove that

I have a weird yellow arrow that Comcast says it not from their unit, that it’s the LG. I can’t get it to go away for the life of me. Obnoxious.
