I bought this for my husband so that he can soak his sore muscles...the is the best Epsom salt I have ever purchased...bought 4 bags to make sure I don't run out no time soon.
the bag is small for what you pay for but the quality is immaculate. great for my skin!
This is the best stuff ever. I will always have at least one bag & one of the lotion at all times. The ginger scent is so fresh & clean & make me feel awesome.
This soak is AMAZING! It smells FANTASTIC. In fact I stayed in the tub for 45 minutes :) I left the water in the tub overnight because it SMELLED SO GOOD. Smelled just as good in the a.m. I read a review where someone said it smelled too strong of toxic smells. Nonsense to me. I am into Aromatherapy and could not have been more pleased. I was so happy I purchased 2 bags (on line from Walmart) I hope they read my review and decide to carry in the store. Would also like a larger bag. I got 2 3LB. bags. By far my favorite, I felt energized and productive the rest of the day :) The Lavender is Exceptional, right before bed and also smells Wonderful. Just a note: I read it is best to soak for at least 20 minutes, without washing with other soaps and such. Just let it do it's job :)Hope this review helps someone :)
Other stores charge $5.00 plus. I rarely find this on the shelves , though, so I ordered multiple bags on-line. Effective product for detox and stress relief.
I used this with each bath and noticed improvement in my skin and in my body. This soak delivers what it promises and I am happy to use it and to recommend it. Epsom salt is helpful in many ways....a Google search can be more specific.
I loved this salt bath. I had a VERY hard workout that day, and soaked for 20 minutes. I have not had any muscle soreness, two days later! It might have a strong scent to some, it seems that there was a stringent scent? I'd have to check all the ingredients, but I found it soothing and relaxing.
Dr.Teal's is one of my best kept secrets! I have all of my family and friends hooked! It leaves your skin so soft and it helps to relieve the stress of a hard day!!! As a teacher, it's just what you need at the end of a long day! Don't forget the wine!!!!
It's only been about a week but this stuff is perfect for relaxing in your bathtub after a long day. Great aromatherapy smell. Will come back to review once I've had more use out of it, but so far so good.
My only complaint is that it is a very potent ginger smell; if you don't Love ginger than this is not for you. I just use half of this and half of the milk and honey one to lesson the intensity of the fragrance.
