my husband and I are tennis players and we absolutely love using this after playing tennis it really does help relax your muscles and ease stiff sore tension in the muscle I definitely recommend using this if you have stiff sore muscles or just an achy body soaking it for 15 minutes and you come out of the bath feeling wonderful
When I turn a certain way the front of my knee tricks out and I'm sure it gets inflammation. A couple soaks with this, and some exercising of my knee and it helps out tremendously! Smells good too.
We are regular epsom users. Give it a shot. This variety smells particularly great!!
This Soak is awesome for everyday muscle pain that's all over your body.
This is like icy hot but in bath salt form. After a long workout or a day of yardwork, I can literally sit in the bath for 30 minutes with this stuff. I will say if you use as much salt as they tell you to, you will feel very cold getting out of the bath due to the icy hot effect.

about the episode that has for the sleep I have a really hard time sleeping and it really helps me to fall asleep so that's a plus for me. the other one is for the sore muscles I get a lot of leg pain and it kind of took away some of the arthritis pain for me it didn't take it all the way but it was not as bad
