We purchased the Franklin Sports Tee Ball Starter Set with Bag for our 5 year old great-grandson to carry his equipment and shoes when he goes to play with his school team. He looks so cute when he struts over to the playing field with his new bag.
I purchased this for my 5 1/2 year old grandson's first t-ball season. He loves it, his parents like it, and he looks so darn cute carrying it to practice ... ! Thanks, Walmart and Franklin Sports for bring a big smile to my favorite boy's face! I really like the ship-to-store choice. With one grandchild right down the street and another three hours away it is great to know that I can purchase at a Walmart price and have Mommy or Daddy pick it up close to their home! Thanks again!
My 5 year old has not put it down since he received it. The batting gloves are a bit big, but he wears them anyhow. The bat is a good weight and length for him. Then again he is strong for his age. The bag will be used for years to come because of the size of it. Overall it was a solid buy for our rough 5 year old son.
We are actually not old enough for the TeeBall Team, but we sure are big enough, so this kit was a great answer to back yard practice.
One the first day my son put the gloves on and he went to velcro the strap and the glove ripe. ( he has tiny hands ) this should ahve not happened. But over all it is a nice bag.
