I ordered this ball bag for my granddaughter's 12th. Birthday. Because I ordered so close to her birthday, it was not due to be received on the site to store order process until several days after her birthday! I called the store the morning and before her party that evening. It was not there, but later I needed to go to Walmart for a few items. As I had only gone a few steps, I heard my name being called by one of the store associates. Many of the associates know me because I am there so often. And they are very helpful. THE BALL BAG had arrived! And on the right day for my granddaughter! I was impressed with the speediness of the 'site to store' process! And my granddaughter LOVES the bag!
Great product for the value! My 15vr old daughter plays travel softball, and we were looking for a good sized bag to hold all her gear...it comfortably fits 3 golves, batting helmet, game bat, practice bat and cleats. My only complaint would be that the cooler compartment is not quite big enough for size/amount of drink that she needs to carry. Otherwise, it seems sturdy, and a good overall gear bag!
