This is a great bag. It is very well made and durable. I recommend this product. A+
I bought this for my son's tae kwon do practices, and he does need some kind of protection on hands and feet since the fabric kinda burns as he punches/kicks (some bandages on hands) but it's very sturdy on my ceiling just hang it in the center of a room or away from the wall if you don't wanna have an accident like my son who accidentally kick the wall with his barefoot lol.
I purchased this for my sons 9th birthday. After he and his older brother were done playing with the box, they took turns boxing and kicking the bag. We haven't even hung it yet. They use it everyday. I am completely satisfied with the durability and look of the bag. The price was excellent. :)
The bag is great, the canvas holds up a little better than the polyblends. However, I run into a problem with the camouflage pattern. I'll be punching the bag and then all of the sudden it will disappear, blending into its surroundings. I go, "HEY WAIT A MINUTE" and it is really a pretty good old time, but it does ruin the workout some. Overall, I would recommend this bag if you enjoy magical punching bags that like a chameleon can take on their new rooms colors and patterns. What you see is not what you get, walmart puts a smartchip inside the bag which helps the bag turn completely invisible when the bag feels like it is in danger, and since it's a punching bag and gets hit a lot, it also disappears a good amount of time. If it doesn't disappear for you while you are hitting it, it's your fault, hit harder you wimp. You don't even scare the bag.
It`s a great product for the value. I was expecting something small for the price and this thing it`s big.

While this is a great bag and an verygood price, make sure you wear gloves when using this. Since it is canvas, it is rough on the hands and will quickly hurt the skin. If you are into martial arts or MMA type stuff where you plan to use other body parts to attack such as elbows or knees, they will need covering too or you will have marks like rug burns. Otherwise,with good protection this bag takes hits pretty well and gives you a great workout. I use this for Tae Kwon Do practice as do my kids and we love it. Hanging it was a snap once I found the location of the beams on my ceiling...an altenative is a freestanding bag holder which makes this process easier.
This product was wonderful. It comes with the chains to hang it with and is very good quality. Some weight does sink to the bottom but otherwise the bag holds up great. Because it is made with canvas; though, you will need to get gloves so you don't tear up your hands. A great workout and stress reliever.
I read several reviews on other bags. One common problem they all share is that the material settles at the bottom of bag making it rock solid at the bottom, soft in the middle, and too soft at the top. Well, I went with this canvas bag because of good reviews. What I found is what was common in all. The bottom rock solid hard, the middle soft and the top way too soft. The material settles at the bottom streatching bag to where it will eventually tear. These are factory flops. Manufacture may be shreding the material way too much, hence causing it to pack down tight at the bottom. Bags should be packed to where the tightness is equally distributed from top to bottom.
My main disappointment with this product is that it is not as pictured. I wanted a bag with chains instead of straps for hanging. The picture shows chains and I was upset when unpacking this because it has straps. I know that bags filled with similar materials suffer from being harder near the bottom and softer near the top due to how things settle and whatnot. In my opinion though this one is ridiculous. I'm 5' 10'' and I had to hang the bag as high as it would allow, using the Everlast heavy bag stand, just to get the harder part of the bag at a level I could punch. I also should have probably read the dimensions of this more carefully because the bag seems short. It would be fine for children or shorter adults but at my height I'm already thinking of replacing it with a longer heavy bag.
