This is a very good product as it helps with periodic pain in neck. Unlike the traditional heating pad that is square and bulky, this one fits the neck with ease. Securing it with the velcro is very easy. I like the size of it. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from periodic stiffness or pain in the neck.
They are great for neck to feel less pain.
I don't think it needs the velcro closures. They don't seem to be situated properly for me. The longer power cord is a plus but the control is heavy and pulls. Otherwise, it works for me.
I was really looking forward to receiving this heating pad for my neck because of a pinched nerve and bulged disks, but I have returned it after trying it for a couple days. Product didn't get hot enough, was not comfortable around my neck, and the velcro straps didn't make any sense at all. Disappointing for me.
