Great product so far. Time will tell As of now highly recommended.
I managed to receive this just in time for a three day long camp out, so I decided to put it through its paces and see how it performed. Every morning I ran into the same issue, the cold would suck the power out of my battery and on average I would be somewhere within 8-10%. I would set it out a hundred feet from camp, allow it to charge and within two hours would have a full battery. If we moved from camp I would just take it with me and charge wherever we were. Not only did I charge my phone, but also my rechargeable flashlights, power banks and even computer. Works perfectly love the product
I've been using it for a while (20+ days) now. Initially I started with charging my phone directly and quickly realized that my phone discharges quicker than it charges. Instead I switched to charge my power bank instead. My 10000 mAh power bank gets charged in a day. I got two of them, charging one per day and using other to charge my mobile phones. Initially I tried charging both at the same time, but this panel isn't producing enough power for charging two power bank at a time. They do get charged, but takes lot of time. Overall, it's a good panel, if you have power banks, that can store charge for your later use. Coming to build quality: It's just OK. After using for 2-3 days, I realized that the panels were bulged and now I can't close it completely. Attaching image for reference. It may not be clear in the image, but only upper and lower edges were bulged for all three panels/leafs.
I like it. It charges my phone pretty easy, but I also bought the renogy 20,000 mAh battery to go with it and it takes a couple of days to charge it. I'm going to compare charge times, on that battery, between the flex 21 and the watt renogy panel. My phone takes an hour more to be fully charged with the flex as compared to the 50 watt- which isn't bad at all. The quality of the flex is great. It is light weight, and seems pretty durable- time will tell. The only thing I would change is to put grommets on the edges instead of the cloth loops. Otherwise, it is great.
