My disappointment is with Walmart. After ordering this product, I never received confirmation via email or text, that my product arrived at the destination to be picked up.
I arranged for Site to Store pick up. When I went to pick it up, the baby crib mattress has been dragged on a very dirty oily floor, the plastic wrap was torn off and I did not accept delivery! The crib I ordered with it has several scratches and dents from really bad warehouse workers! They are throwing things, dragging things, dropping things. The lady at Site to Store pick up said that they have had a lot of complaints.....DUH!
