This product is absolutely amazing. We now have the mini for the cabin in addition to the regular size for her crib at home and these mattresses were worth every penny. Our daughter started rolling at night and sleeping face down at about 6 months and none of us were getting any sleep. Someone recommended this product to me and we are soooo glad they did. The product is high quality - solid wood, beautifully designed, the top sleep surface is extremely breathable and durable and dries quickly when washed... It's made in the USA.. We are all now sleeping great! What more can you say?? If you are considering this to give yourself some peace of mind - go for it! You won't regret it.

Awesome safe mattress
I was reluctant to buy this because it is listed over 310$, but since I had looked at it through my Walmart account, they emailed me when their was a rollback on it and I was sold!! I bought it and haven't had one regret whatsoever. Coincidentally, my son had rolled over for the first time the morning after I got this. He has been a belly sleeper ever since, legs tucked under himself and butt high in the air. Ha! This has given us so much peace of mind and now we don't have to worry about him while we sleep. It fits perfect in our pack n play, which is right next to our bed. Genius idea, genius product!
We love our mini SleepSafe crib mattress! We had the regular size one, but didn't think we'd need the mini because we didn't think it would fit in our pack n' play. But after a vacation that my LO didn't sleep as well on the regular pack n' play surface, I decided to look more into this product and actually do the measurements. The measurements almost matched the pack n' plays measurements, so we decided to try it. After the mattress top was on the base, it fit perfectly into the pack n' play! Now sleeping on vacation isn't an issue for the LO and my mind is at ease knowing he's safer using this product, especially since he's a major belly sleeper, so I sleep well, also. I highly recommend this product, as well as their full size one! We love ours and have absolutely no complaints, only good things to say about it!
This is a great mattress that provides the much needed peace of mind you need with a newborn!
So far this has only been used for children who are old enough to not need the breathable feature, but I love the concept. I now have a newborn and plan to use this with him once he starts sleeping by himself in his play yard. It's been easy to wash once you figure out how to open it, the company's customer service is severely lacking I will admit. I couldn't get mine open to wash the cover and I never received a phone call back... luckily I got upset and tugged really hard and it opened and now I have it figured out!
I was hoping that this would fit in my pack and play but it was too small. I'm not a big fan of the make of this mattress, I have a breathable newton mattress in the crib and I love it but secure beginnings is the only company I've found to make a mini breathable and walmart has the best price.
