I have had this phone since May of 2009, and I have not had any problems with the touch screen, or the keyboard. Although my battery only lasts for two days now, I still love the phone! Clear screen, easy to use...whats not to like?
I bought this phone for my teenage daughter. She uses the phone day and night and has never encounter any problems since date of purchase Sept of 2009 unlike stated in previous review. I highly recommend the phone. It is thin, light weight and easy to slip into your pocket. The touch screen is fantastic and it also takes good quality pictures. The keybord works great and it's easy to work with. Also, it's easy to manage, navigate in the internet and text with. This was an excellent purchase.
i got this phone for cristmas ive never had a better phone. i love every thing about it i recommened it for a first phone. but the only thing that you need to worry about is smashing the LCD screen but its really hard to smash it. other than that the phone is not easy to do anything to it ive dropped mine like to million times.
My phone is GREAT! I love it.. It works good. The touchscreen is excellent and the pictures come out VERY clear! Anyone should buy this phone.
My husband and I both bought this phone and the only issue we have had was he dropped his and cracked the screen. Luckily we had insurance on the phone, filed a claim and it is getting replaced. We have a third line on our account and plan to get another one. Would recommend this phone to anyone looking for a touch screen
Buy for my 11 years boys and we love. He is connected to internet all the time watching videos and he commented seems to be slow after a couple weeks, but after we inserted aditional memory card the issue got solved. Can send international texting and got a good volumen. GPS/ATT navigator hangs in certains areas...we assume is because bad reception/coverage from provider. Basics functions works perfectly
the LG Zenon is a great phone! i love mine! but i've had to replace mine 2 times. the second time i decided to stop purchasing the phone because it was not worth enough to keep on buying. the touch screen i SUPPER sensitive, meaning you can put it in your pocket because it will either crack the screen or give you problems to the point where you can read your messages or see what your doing on the phone. its been a real problem for me.
Do not buy this phone...has a very high failure rate and most of the people I know with this phone experience problems with the touch screen after 3 weeks or less. To those of you who don't have problems with it you're lucky, but I see nothing but failure everytime I sell it.
Do not buy this phone. Very Poor Reliability. I have 4 of these phones. In less than 9 months 3 have failed. After fixing two of them ATT will no longer honor the warranty. ATT states the touchscreen is a wear item and will not replace it. This is unbelievable that the screen should last less than 9 months. Prior to this phone I have had 8 phones and have never had an issue.
I have owned this phone for a little over a year. I was excited to get a smart phone and things started out great. A few months in, I could text but couldn't see what I was typing. The phone reset itself, completely shutting down and I had to reactivate it, causing a charge for reactivation on my bill. It changes setting by itself. It will change over to silent mode, making me miss important calls. It drops call continuously and the sound quality is not consistent. There are times when the sound quality is horrible. It breaks up, making it hard to here what I am saying and what people who call me are saying. I was warned by a friend in the industry about purchasing this phone and I wish I would have listened. For the price, I expected better quality and consistency. I think they put this phone out on the market knowing the flaws, but doing so to gain market share against the iPhone. Buyer Beware...
