its great phone for the money , the battery has a good life , the keys are soft , very easy to navagate between menu
The phone has a lot of features packed into it, the only drawback are the preloaded ringtones, nothing interesting there. The phone is lightweight, easy to use, can be used with BOTH earbud or bluetooth. One of the features is the ICE (In Case of Emergency) feature so if you can't talk someone who comes along will know whom to call. Even has a feature where you can see the balance on your account right on the face of the phone if you like that way you can keep up with how much money you have left on your account. Indicator lighting when balance is ABOVE $5.00 the amount is shown in GREEN when below the amount is shown in RED letting you know it's time to reload your phone. Can be personalized with your favorite phone.

I bought this to just see if I could cut back on my cellphone bill from my contract phone. My phone carrier from my contract phone was billing me for Data uses and they said everytime that I had been on the internet with my phone when I knew I had not. So I bought this phone and turned off my contract phone for 30 days to prove to them I was not. Now I've got the problem solved when I proved them wrong. The only draw back I've had with this phone is, I'm getting wrong # calls from people I can't even understand and bill collectors from Dish Network and I don't even have Dish TV. This phone has great signal strength, at times it's beter than my contract phone.
The phone itself (SamsungU350) is an excellent phone, it's to bad that it's Verizon, as they are way to expensive $$$. But, if you've got the money that's fine, me I don't, so I switched to a tracfone wich has much better deals on minutes!
