One thing that was a little agrivating is that they sent the wrong user manual with the phone. Thank goodness for the internet, the right one was on line. Secondly it is a 2G phone. That should have been in the description. Thirdly one must realize the phone is an international phone and local support is not available, so you have to go to the internet for support. Other than that the phone is exactly as described. So far no glitches, everything works. I'm happy.
I have owned the LG kP500 for over a year now. I love my touch screen phone. I haven't had any problems with the phone. The sims card I use is by simple mobile. The technical support with that company is wonderful helping with any concerns about the phone. The phone is an international phone but my phone has worked well in the USA. The charger can be used in the USA or oversea. There are alot of functions on the phone. The price is very reasonable for a touch screen. I would recommend the phone and use the simple mobile card.
Satisfied with the shipping time and the phone itself, extremely disappointed the charger that came in the box DOES NOT WORK, so i had to purchase another one. Totally Frustrating and completely inconvenient.
this phone is a great phone. i love the touch screen, and the built in stylus pen that helps when you have bigger hands or fat fingers. when you make calls you sound like you are next to the person, and texting and taking photos is a breeze. only problem is this is an international phone that works every where but the USA. i had to buy a charger for the phone seperately, the instruction manual was in german, and because it does not have an at&t stamp logo on it anywhere i can't use the internet on the phone. i pay for unlimited internet so not having the ability to use it was hard. i tried to go online to get the acess codes for at&t, but they don't have them for this phone, and when i called at&t they told me they wouldn't work. i really like this phone, and i'm upset that i have to send it back.
I bought this phone about a year ago when the price was a little higher. So far the phone has done everything I need it to do. The phone is an international phone, so getting apps for it is not easy and the charger is hard to keep connected to the electrical outlet. I have TMOBILE service and in order to use the internet I had to get the codes from them and set up the phone. So if you are looking for a simple touch screen phone. This one is not so bad for the price.

I did not like the phone at all looks good online but cheap once u open...hated it. The charger was some foreign charger with attachment for to be able to use here...would not work in some sockets around my home...had to charge with usb cord to laptop. Instruction manual in German, English instructions were discovered in back of book, other pamplets in box where German. Online support...disaster...only supports other countries. Found an LG cookie forum...seems as if everyone was somehow dissapointed with the phone....mostly about getting apps for phone....too technical to even explain how get those to your phone...almost impossible. So instead of regreting buying this phone...I returned asap!...no regrets about that.
This cell phone stoped working and the screen went blank only after 2 months , it wasnt damaged in any way for it stop working.
