I have went through MANY Cellphones & MANY Carriers... I have found that this phone is the BEST YET... It has ALL the features I need... Very Durable... GREAT Funtionality... LONG Life Span for BOTH Phone & Battery... I have had My Razr for nearly 3yrs and have not had battery problems or anything with it... ~MrsSGTBullock~
This is a quad band and gets excellent receiption, just as good as the latest technology. Blue tooth and everything works great. Be sure to download the online manual which is much more informative than the little one supplied.
I bought this to replace my broken Razr. It's a good, reliable phone as long as you keep it out of the Dr. Pepper. What I'm really pleased about was the quick delivery. I ordered yesterday morning and it arrived this afternoon!! Way to go, Walmart.
Nice phone, easy to use and find your way around. supplied manual very poor but one available on line was very helpful
My husband & I have had Razr phones for many years, so when he got his wet & had to replace it, he wanted another. The first one we ordered would not work, but we simply returned it and ordered another, which works beautifully. These phones are little workhorses & persevere through drops and bounces (but just not immersion in water!). If you do happen to get yours wet, trying burying it in a bowl of rice (a tip from our service provider).
This model of phone is becoming more difficult to find. I'm happy it was available through Walmart.It's a very durable phone. This phone does not have a micro sd slot , but the memory on the phone is adequate for storing phone numbers, pictures, etc.

Needless to say this is my third razar phone. I do love them, but they are not holding up. I purchased one about 2 yrs ago and the 1st year I had to send it back to AT&T. I was issued a refub. phone twice. I recently purchased a new one thru Wal-mart.com in July 2010 and it lasted about 3 wks. I returned it for a full refund. Love the phone & style, but not the durability.
I was worried when I ordered this phone that it wouldnt work because the zipcode thing said it wouldnt in my area, but it worked great, except for the battery. It charges completely in 10 minutes and dies just as quick. I am along the lines that i just got a defective battery so I would still recommend this device.
THIS PHONE HAS TERRIBLE HEARING QUALITY. BATTERY DIES AFTER 3 HOURS OF TALKING. DIES IN 2 DAYS EVEN IF NOT USED. BACKGROUND NOISE FAR OUTWEIGHS THE TALKER. I WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER MOTOROLA PHONE. GOING BACK TO OUR FAVORITE, SONY ERICSON.
