This phone was recommended as a gift to a younger son by an older son. Virgin Mobile had a sales price earlier in the year and not available for that price any more. A quick check with Walmart showed the same sales price earlier with Virgin Mobile, so I ordered it from them. I would prefer getting it from Walmart because of their customer service and warranties not available with Virgin Mobile.
My IPHONE broke and had to get a emergency phone that at least came close to what I had with data and easy application installation. This phone by far is the best! I live in a small town with limited coverage with most services. But this company and cell holds it's own. I love it and may just stick with this phone. Oh, also the price was awesome!
I posted my review on the EVO V 4g phone. It is enough to say that I took that one back and got this one. The One V was unavailable. I love love love this phone. Some features that the others don't have. Excellent reception, signal, phone call quality, features and all around simple to understand - easy to use. The screen is very sensitive - takes some getting used to, but it works for me. Keyboard is small (you can dl another if you want), but it isn't a dealbreaker for me. Only thing I want is a better case for the phone. It is so new, case selection is limited. Other than that, I highly recommend this phone. Mid grade phone with some top shelf features and speed.
I can not afford the high end phones so I decided to try this one because my old phone was not good for apps, it had 0 space. I love this phone, the battery lasts longer and able to load my phone with the apps that I wanted, the screen is bigger, and is easy to use! So far NO disappointments! I would recommend it to anyone who loves quality at a better price! Happy to have this phone!

This is a Galaxy SII mini in my experience with a large memory available (2gb user) and very fast processor. SD card is available to move apps to but you need a special App to move them. Screen is excellent and most new Apps are for 4.0 now. Phone calls sound Very good and everything in Ice Cream seems to be better from Android 2.3. Email has a little problem with regular downloading using POP but they are working on it. Samsung is very helpful with anything you need and I feel its a major step above the HTC One V. It just feels better but you seriously need a case to hold it from slipping. A lot of thought has gone into this cell and if it had 4G it would rank with the HTC Evo easy except screen size. Dual core single core makes no difference and available power is all that matters since soon the marketers will have 6 core available LOL. Feels like a Iphone to me without all the clutter. PROS: Great OS, Large 2gig User Memory, Attractive Design, Good call quality, Brilliant Display, Easy Navigation, Many apps available, Super customizable CONS: Flakey Email Delivery, Need App To Move To Sd, Slippery Case
I researched thits phone I was upgrading from a htc one v . The screen is large but the phone still fits comfortably in the pocket. It is very quick to switch between screens and the camera is excellent for the price. the screen is a little sensitive but after a week I was used too it. it has good reception and switches quickly to from network to wifi. The only con I have is mine came with a defective power button that often gets stuck and turns off my phone. Great product from Samsung otherwise
Much better than my older phone, but the battery life on this one is a bit shorter. I can get about 6-7 hours then I have to plug it in. Being an on-the-go mom it is a bit of a hassle. Calls are clear, range is good, and pictures are nice. Very user friendly.
As a Baby Boomer, & 1st time owner/user of a "smart phone " so far it has been pleasant. I needed a android basically for places that have no Wi- Fi to get my emails, face book, & of course a good phone. I have downloaded some apps and games. I don't need a complicated cell phone with all the bells & whistles. Actually it just might have them & I've yet to get that far. My Samsung Galaxy Reverb, however it is treated like a red headed step child. It is an excellent phone that provides what Samsung says it will. Takes EXCELLENT pictures. I very much enjoy the speaker phone on it, which is crisp & clear. Thank You,
The Samsung Galaxy Reverb is an excellent little device. It has most of the modern features one would expect from an Android powered smartphone, but manages to keep a palmable form factor. The screen is bright and responsive, with pixilation being almost nonexistent. The five megapixel rear facing camera takes nice photos with a little settings tweaking, and the front camera gets the job done. The 1.4 gigahertz processor pushes everything along nicely and it handles every task I've thrown at it. The battery last fairly long, with medium usage I can get a full day from it. Overall, I would highly recommend this phone, my only concern being the lack of support. However, it is still new, and support should come along soon.
