This is the 4th Straight Talk phone I have used, and it is my favorite!! If you're a texter this is the phone to buy. The buttons are big and easy to push. It's a very basic phone but mainly what I use my phone for is texting and talking.. so it's perfect for me!
I chose this phone because I like the design, simplicity, and durability of the flip phone in general. This might not be a smartphone, but it's smart enough for me. As long as I can talk, text and use it to play mp3's through my car stereo, I'm cool. I don't need a smartphone. I prefer web browsing, watching videos, checking emails, etc., on my 17 inch laptop and playing games on my xbox 360. With this being said, this phone does have the ability to browse and check email. It can't directly play youtube videos, but if you convert the video to 3gp on your pc and transfer it to your phone's sd card via usb, you can view. This can also be applied to full length movies.
Bought this since it is a basic phone, and all I need is talk/text. The battery life for this phone is TERRIBLE! After two 20-minute calls, and 2-3 texts, the battery is gone. I'm not kidding. Unless you have a charger with you at ALL times, you really don't have a phone! Also requires too many steps for most operations. Wouldn't recommend this phone at all.
