Had a basic flip phone for years, hard to see things online, tiny screen, would not upload pictures, was living in the past. This thing does it all and more, wish I would have upgraded a long time ago.
Does everything I need at a great price.
I purchased these phones for me and my 13 year daughter. I can say that I am truly happy with my purchase! Navigation is great and easy to understand. I love all the great features and apps.
got at a low price
Getting use to a smart phone can be frustrating. Don't count on customer service to help out. Phone is great, no problem with coverage but getting help from customer service is about impossible. Live chat will end session without explanation if they can't help and talking to a person did the same several times. So if your use to the ins and outs of a smart phone I would recommend Straight Talk and this phone
I want to keep things simple and it seems to me the more "they" improve things the more complicated they get. Some of it isn't the phone it's google . when trying to make sure you get the free apps for email etc. the wordy contracts are just too much - I am figuring stuff out as I go, like how to turn off one thing- and not the whole phone when going to bed. I wanted a smart phone . HHaa as my son says ' I'd rather have a dumb phone they do more , easier " Smart means you gotta be a Geek! If you know about this stuff it's most likely a great buy. Be sure to keep a charger handy it doesn't hold a charge long when you are on it.

The phone is very basic, but has lousy sound, (speakers) as everyone tells me I sound like I am underwater. I also do not like the position of the spot for taking pictures. It is very hard to take selfies... and if you cant hold the phone with both hands, it sometimes doesn't take the picture you want. I have called in to troubleshoot the sound/speaker situation and was told they have "several" troubleshooting issues being called in and there may be a little time before they could get in touch with me about my issue...! '
Activated the phone on a Wednesday at noon and the phone locked up and operating system failed by 9pm that night. My expectations were not very high to begin with and the phone failed to even come close. These phones might be considered disposable but they are garbage that should last at least a few months
