This phone has all the capabilities I need plus more! I'm not disappointed with anything about it.
I LOVE THIS CELL PHONE,BUT IF I HAD KNOWN THAT THIS PHONE DOESN'T HAVE ROLLOVER MINUTES I WOULD NOT HAVE BROUGHT IT! I DON'T THINK IT'S FAIR TO PAY ALL THAT MONEY FOR MINUTES AND GET THEM ALL TAKEN FROM YOU.IT'S NOT FAIR FOR PEOPLE WHOM HAVE WORKED HARD ALL THEIR LIVES,LIVING ON A FIXED INCOME NOW,IT'S JUST NOT FAIR!
Bought this phone because my LG 900 was losing ability to charge (micro USB port going bad), and to upgrade to touch screen without having to get an Android based phone requiring a monthly Net 10 Unlimited plan. The touch screen function is adequate, fairly intuitive and mostly trouble free. However, data entry for contacts, notes and calendar entries is made via the archaic telephone dial pad method (where letters are superimposed on telephone number pad) making alpha-numeric data entry long and tedious. Another HUGE disappointment is the music/MP3 player. The application on my much older LG 900 was much more user friendly and has more features (equalizer being the best). While the speaker is adequate on the phone, whenever I plug in headphones or the auxiliary cable for my car stereo, voice sounds are muted and distorted, but instrumental sounds are clear. This points to an inferior programming of this application. Unless I can download another MP3 player application for this phone, I will not be using it for music play. Another disappointment is the lack of a radio tuner, like I had on my LG 900. As for what's good about this phone, like I said earlier, the touch screen function works fairly well and is an improvement on the tiny full QWERTY keypad on the LG 900 (practically had to put on reading glasses to distinguish characters). Also am pleased with the wifi function. However, because data entry is so archaic as mentioned, I will likely not use the wireless internet function much, if at all. Bottom line, if I had known about the data entry and MP3 deficiencies of this phone before purchasing, I would not have bought this phone. It is adequate for problem free touch screen phone calls, but not much more. Will likely keep this until Net 10 pricing for smart phones becomes more cost effective, or another carrier has better pricing for pay as you go smart phones.
wish i wouldnt have bought it
It is a piece of junk, cannot get ring tones on it stuck.
My first--and last--Walmart order. Phone ordered, needed IMMEDIATELY, to be delivered in 7-DAYS, THOUGH SENT USPS PRIORITY MAIL TO USPS POB, TOOK 10-DAYS TO RECEIVE.
