This gate opener works just as well as products that are twice the cost. Easy to install.

Not as handy as the magnetic wand, however for 1/4 the cost visitors can stick their arm out the window and punch in four digits, They then have one minute to clear the property.
It is very easy to install and program. Walmart had the best price of an extensive price search.
Easy to install. Using with Mm360 opener. Purchased to give delivery or emergency folks access. You can program access codes for temporary use .
I bought this keypad to replace one that was 10 years old. This new one was much easier to set up. It took longer to install the batteries than it did to program it. I didn't have to install the new post housing since the old one was serviceable and already installed. The main problem I had with the old keypad was that it wasn't 100% waterproof. The seal in the rear of the keypad had minor leakage but was solved with the use of waterproof grease. The batteries last about a year or longer so there is a limited amount of maintenance.
The ordering process was straight forward and the product arrived two days ahead of its original projected delivery date and it does everything we expected and need it to do for us.
It didn't work out at all because it was a different model than the one I needed. The unit itself was well built but it had 2 terminals and I needed 4.
The scale looks okay for the price but, unfortunately, it doesn't work. I weigh about 180 lbs. and the scale displays 26.8 lbs. when I'm on it. Not good. I'll be returning it to a Wal-Mart store tomorrow.
