Fast delivery, well packaged, easy to put together (about 20 minutes). I never used an inversion table before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but this unit feels very stable and is pretty well built. Only using it for 3 days now and I notice when I get off of it I feel different. Almost like my posture is more erect. Purchased this for my back and neck, hope it helps. If your looking for a table, this one is worth the price...and some. Paid $92 delivered. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.
This machine is quite solid and stable considering the bargain price. Well built, and went together easily. I expect it to last. Just set it up tonight, and tried it once. It was comfortable and easy to control the inversion. Felt good to relax my back, and I hope to get good results by working up a program like described in the manual. Good product!
My joints are feeling better then they have in a long time. This isn't just for back problems. In addition to upper back and neck pain, I had issues with my hips and ankles. Since using this, I have not had any problems with either. Assembled it by myself in about 15 minutes. While it does fold easily, it does weigh quite a bit and is thus cumbersome to move arround. Too much trouble to move and setup three times a day. I have the room, so I just leave it setup at the end of the bedroom. Very Sturdy! I weigh just under 300lbs and it handles my weight without any concern. All the structural components are made of steel. There is a square steel cross support under the canvas bed where the small of your back goes. I had read a reveiw about someone having issues with it untill they wrapped it with pipe insulation (@$5 at most hardware stores). I had a peice on hand so I put it on when I assenbled the machine, and I don't even notice it is there. Due to having more upper body weight, I had to play with the hight adjustment to compensate (about 3 inches taller than I am). Due to a rather large butt, I found my lower back curved back too much and ached when lay partially inverted on the bed. I fixed that by adding a couple bed pillows under my back to straighten it out. I then had to readjust the hight to compensate for the added weight. The feet/ankle locks are well padded with round foam. I read reviews of more expensive machines that the biggest complaint seemed to be the ankle locks. The only time these have caused any discomfort is when I was wearing sweats and had clamped down over the elastic hem (user error). I make sure now to raise my pant leg above my socks (and the locks) when getting on the machine. From what I can tell tell, this machine is as good if not better then machines costing much more. At right about $100 it is definately a must buy!
I had no idea, because I had never seen one of these. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The structure and use were just as they said. Very easy, and versatile to use for almost anybody.
I have had lower back pain for years and I just put up with it, talk about stupid! Never thought hanging up side down would be good for anything but a head rush. The first time I tried this Inversion Table, I could not believe how much it helped my back. I'm doing 5 to 10 minutes, twice a day now and my back never felt better. As far as how well it is made, it holds me and I a big guy at 285lbs.with no problems! The price was great, sure you could pay more, this one will do the job!
This is the cheapest inversion system I've found. Got it on sale shortly after thanksgiving for i think $79. It meets all of my expectations however I should have done more research. I just assumed that it could be easily folded for storage but this equipment was built to stand permanently so you should have a large space for this item. it doesn't work well in my small apartment. i would have paid more for one that folded easily but the packaging was huge and i didn't feel like returning it. otherwise, i like it. i can feel a nice stretch in my back and it's surprisingly relaxing. I've also heard that hanging upside down can stimulate mental acuity and hair growth.
It needs something like rubber tape around handles to lift yourself back into the upright position.I added the handles off my moutain bike after i strained my gut trying to get upright. The trick is to adjust it so it tilts back slowly as you raise your arms above your head. Also adding my wifes exercise mat helps.Because i'm so heavy, i don't tilt back farther then the 4'oclock position or it's too hard to breath. It seems to do a good job decompressing my spine tho.
I got this for my husband who consistently wakes up with a sore back, whether from sleeping on the bed, falling asleep on the couch, or even the floor. He said that this has helped him tremendously and also makes him feel "taller" after he's done inverting himself. Easy to put together and a good value.
Easy to use. I put it together myself but would be best if useing 2 people to assemble. When I'm tense I get on it to help me relax.
I have yet to get this assembled! The equipment is partially assembled. The directions do not match the current level of assembly: it is as if they are from scratch. Parts are not separately identified. I am stuck on a piece where the instructions show a dozen pieces of screws...but only 4 are provided...& it is totally unclear which goes where.
