I wasn't able to approve or decline this substitution. I was at a doctors visit. The choice of Birds Eye was a good choice. Thank you.
It's a Stew kind of day for me.. I decided to add the birds eyes frozen corn just to give it an extra twist. And let me tell you the sweetness of the corn made my stew so rich in flavor.
I did not receive the Birds Eye frozen corn x 1 Or the Taco Bell Taco kits x 2 Or the albacore Tuna x 2 I called and reported these items missing and was directed to speak to someone in curbside pick up after 15 mins on phone on hold I was disconnected. The total is almost $20 I feel this should be corrected one way or another. The guy who brought groceries was very pleasant and professional and I have nothing but good to say about him. Could someone please fix this order?
Via Delivery. Weeeellll, the package has a hole in it, that's maybe ok, easy for a finger to punch through when pulling out the store fridge OR other shoppers moving around for a better expiration date, but should have been noticed by staff %26 the freezer burn, uck. But what Birds Eye should catch in pulling product is rotten/bad looking corn. Also freezer burned. Very disappointed. I'll go back to another brand.
The shopper should at least try and replace the item. I know there was different brands of corn there. That's the only thing I don't like about Walmart delivery, you don't have the option to pick replacements like Instacart. And you don't get live updates about your order.
Vacuum seal was not done properly. This was for a pick up order. Will need to head back to the store to return.
Horrible smell %26 taste. End of ear was dark. Threw the bag out. I would have given 0 stars. I've never received bad frozen corn before. It must have been left out %26 rotted.
